Jennifer Navabi

Biography

Jennifer Navabi has over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, specializing in communication strategy, constituent advocacy, and community building.

Most recently, Jennifer served as District Director in the office of now-Congresswoman Sarah Elfreth, and as committee support staff for the Senate Budget and Tax Committee.

As a 23 year Annapolitan, Jennifer has strong connections within the local philanthropic community. She served as executive director of the Annapolis Community Foundation, and has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Annapolis Film Festival.

Jennifer has a BA in economics and international relations from American University, as well as an MBA in IT Management from American University.
